2. User Obligations and Responsibilities
As a client, you are required to provide accurate and complete information about your pet's health, behavioral patterns, and grooming history. You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or aggressive tendencies that may affect the grooming process. Vaccination records must be current, and you agree to present proof of vaccination upon request. You are responsible for ensuring your pet arrives clean of fleas and parasites.

Important Notice: We do not provide veterinary services or medical treatments. Any concerns regarding your pet's health will be communicated to you immediately, and we may recommend veterinary consultation before proceeding with grooming services.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary grooming techniques, business methods, promotional materials, and creative styling approaches developed by our establishment remain our exclusive intellectual property. Photographs taken of your pet during or after grooming may be used for promotional purposes unless you explicitly opt out in writing. Our brand name, logo, and all associated marketing materials are protected by trademark and copyright laws.
5. Liability Limitations and Risk Acknowledgment
While we maintain the highest standards of care and safety, pet grooming involves inherent risks. You acknowledge that grooming procedures may cause minor stress to some animals, and occasional nicks or cuts may occur despite professional handling. Our liability is limited to the direct cost of services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, undisclosed health issues, or behavioral problems that become apparent during grooming.
We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage, but our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services.
6. Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy
Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash and major credit cards.
